Spotted something wrong in a quote check?
If QuoteCalm seems to have misread a price, product, warranty, finance term or another factual detail, please tell us. If you can, point us to the relevant page or wording in the document. There is no need to send any extra personal information that is not relevant to the problem.
Sometimes the issue is a figure we have read incorrectly; sometimes the calculation is right but needs explaining more clearly. If we have got a fact wrong, we want to correct it. If the maths matches the figures in the quote, we will show you how it was worked out.
A QuoteCalm report only describes what we could see in the pages you uploaded. If we say something was “not visible”, that does not mean the installer definitely failed to provide it elsewhere.
For installers
If you think QuoteCalm has misread one of your quotations, email us with the specific point and the supporting evidence. We will review factual correction requests fairly. QuoteCalm does not publish installer league tables and does not accept payment to change a report outcome.
